In such cases the shipment might get delayed. We request you to contact our customer support on email, phone in case your shipment has not arrived as promised and they will provide you accurate information on the status of shipment.

Once your order is shipped you will get an email and an SMS with details of the Air Way Bill Number (AWB). You can track the shipment by clicking on the link provided in the email.

As most of our products are customized/made to order Cancellations are possible only within 48 hours of the placement of the order and the amount will be refunded within 15 working days from the cancellation. Our specially trained quality control department checks your furniture to make sure it is upto our standards before we dispatch so damages are rare. In case you are not satisfied kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery, also send us a couple of photos of the issues with the product.   2. The assembly of most products is very easy and can be done by a local carpenter.

Yes, we offer swatches for all our fabric. On the product page there is an option to order a swatch. We charge a standard price for it and it will be couriered within 2 to 3 working days.

We have already made the best combinations of fabrics and designs for you and so certain fabrics are available on some design but not others.

We apologies, but at present Tablekursi is not providing EMI option. The same can only be availed through credit card. For further details please get in touch with your Bank.

For Credit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. Apart from this you also need to have your 3D secure password / OAC.

For Debit Cards keep your card which has the details of card holder name, number, CVV and expiry date. You will be redirected to the bank site for 3D secure authorization. So keep your OAC or IPIN handy as well.

For Net Banking you need to keep your account number as well as your IPIN handy.

Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by PayU and subsequently by Visa/Mastercard/American Express/Banks directly without any information passing through us.However we monitor and review transactions on an on-going basis, to identify potentially fraudulent situations and take immediate corrective steps to mitigate/limit any damage caused/likely to be caused from the same.

The Tablekursi team will never request you to share any of your payment details over email or over phone.

  • During the payment process using netbanking you may be redirected to your bank website. Once your transaction is completed you will be brought back to the Tablekursi website with your order details which you can keep a copy.
  • Never press the browser back button when the transaction is still currently being done.

Transactions could fail due to multiple reasons. Please check for the following:

  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e.: account details, billing address, password (for net banking)
  • Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process
